This number calls everyday without fail and then leaves a message to call voicemail where there is just an empty silence of nothing

I usually press 1 and it auto dials this number
It came up in bill and googled it before realising it was the vm :)
Like everyone else I keep getting this number on my phone and I cannot get rid of it. I am with ee.
Had 2 voicemails in 10 hours, I do not know who's number this is so I don't respond, I have had voicemails in the past from this number and it is really annoying me, can't clear them off my phone! Any ideas how to do this?
