It is a total scam, when questioned they couldn't give me any information to corroborate their story, wouldn't give me a website or registered office address. Gave me Hawaii ANS (Hawaiians?) as company and Robert Jones as Co. President. Couldn't find them

Tried to charge me £170 to clean my computer from viruses.

but when I refused to pay, they shut it down and hung up the phone. They took all my files off my lap but left the 'virus'. I forced quit my
