same froxen screens phoned up number and asian guy was very pleasant and reasonable wanted to sort matter out remotely so put down phone and got on here thank god for these communities

I clicked on something funny on Facebook and a voice and message told me that I should ring this number as my bank and credit card details were being sent to hackers. Could not get off the screen so had to shut computer down. I did not call number as I go
January 12, 2017 This is a scam .went on facebook clicked on a advert and two screens apeard ,said we have been watching unortarised content, locked out my computer, ran clean up and cleared it this has hapend twice now,very annoying hackers. dgw.
January 10, 2017 Same as others. Clicked on a FB link and got same frozen screen, voice and phone number. Shut down and restarted comp and ran a virus scan. No issues
