Could not get rid of red screen box and message telling me there is a virus.
Number does not work when I tried to phone and have some sport with the guys behind it
same as other comments, red screen advising trojan virus may be on my hard drive, i tried but couldn't exit screen, switched lap
off and back on again, restored windows, still there..switched off and on again, cleared history for last hour then ran ful
Scammers so turn off your computer and restart in normal mode and all will be well
