text out the blue saying my phone is configured
April 25, 2021 how stupid people must be, to think its a scam? It is automatic message sent after activation of your sim-card! Same thing you will meet in every country
April 25, 2021 Same as everyone else. first message says operator will send message to configure my mobile, then another one 5 minutes later saying it has been configured.
No idea who this is but I have no intention of texting them back

The operator confirmed it was sent by Virgin and a configuration for Internet settings would follow
Received same messages as above. Reassured to know not only one and this is clearly scam, but nobody has said what, or who by.
