Called just now said she was calling from talktalk about my internet connection. Have hopefully blocked further calls from this number. Have spoken to talktalk who say they do NOT cold call but only call back in response to a clients enquiry.

January 10, 2017 Claimed to be from Talk Talk and was reporting a massive problem with my internet connection.
I have never had a contract with Talk Talk so I knew it was a scam. I asked how he knew my number; he asked if I was the president of the United Kingdom (!
