Telephoned today 2nd January and my wife answered the call. The caller mentioned me by name saying she was calling on behalf of the Savers Club. My wife immediately replaced the receiver!! We then blocked the number. Scammers!!

Non-English lady just kept saying "Hello? ...Hello? ...Hello?" She obviously didn't realise she was talking to an answering machine! Call centre noises in the background but no idea who it was or what they wanted.

December 17, 2016 Called today and confirmed my name then hung up. Felt like a data gathering exercise. My initial thoughts were fraudulent activity. I've worked in the financial industry and can't believe I automatically confirmed my name to this caller. Asian accent.

December 12, 2016 Called me today - had my name address and tried to get my age range. I said I do not give personal information - he did not listen and then persisted in asking for my date of birth. He still persisted, despite my saying I do not give personal information.
