I contacted HSBC through Online banking chat line and they confirmed this was their Fraud Prevention team. This is a legit number.

This is not HSBC nor any other genuine bank.
Do not answer, do not give any of your banking details.
What's more, I have never banked with HSBC in my life! They have no reason to call my number.
