When picked up phone nobody there really annoying!!

rang 9.00 put phone down when I answered. annoying
January 8, 2017 Ive had many calls from this number and in the end answered their call. Apparently I was entitled to free upgraded storage heaters under a Government Scheme. I gave my details and an appointment was made for an assessor to visit me. No one turned up.
