As per the comments already recorded, the caller told me I was paying too much council tax as my house has apparently been registered in the wrong band. Didn't give him a chance to finish his rubbishy text, just told him that I would sort it myself and hu
January 5, 2017 It's difficult to do this because there are hundreds of comments a day. Nope. Most of the comments are posted without going through the approval mechanism. If a problem is found in the comment on the phone number, the person who sent the comment is banned.
