They ring an old women with dementia she put the phone down they rung back wife answered he then started to swear and asked if my wife wanted a black man but very crude

I have had several calls from this number over the last couple of weeks, in fact they woke me up this morning calling at 8.30 ish and I have had another this afternoon, silence when I answered and they I just heard 'goodbye' Can these calls be blocked
