Said they were from hmrc and filing a law suit against me and was to press 1 to speak to someone, bit worried cause I did press and was a foreign accent, I just hung up. What is this????

Unknown number so did not answer, but a recorded message was left saying it was from HMRC and my "case officer" wanted to talk to me. An obvious scam attempt!

February 12, 2017 Nasty female scammer says been trying to contact my 92 year old Mum. She says going to sue. Didn't go any further. I've reported to Police and they suggested contacting Trading Standards.
