Initially answered - as I have ID caller on phone do not answer
Caller said he was not selling anything but was from renewable solutions, a government scheme to get new boiler. I just said no thank you as feel maybe just after personal information. I was just searching here to find some info about them!
December 21, 2016 I answered the phone & said the usual hello & no one answered, I waited until they cleared.
Why do they do this?
This number calls me several times per day for about 5-8 seconds or when I pick up nobody there. When are the so called authorities going to fine these companies out of existence. Use the fines to 
up the Social Care Budget, every little helps!
