Could not understand the Scottish caller but I understood the word recycling mentioned. I told her I couldn’t understand her & she dropped the call! very rude and abrupt.
November 21, 2017 Same as above. Strange - recycle and renew was what they said they did. They asked if I was the homeowner. I hung up.
