Did not answer but automated message left saying HMRC were preparing a lawsuit against us! And we should contact our case officer

December 7, 2016 Received call oh 07/12/16 - badly recorded message about HMRM debt, which is rubbish, so put phone down.
December 7, 2016 Got a phone call from this number saying they were HMRC and were preparing a court case against me. Please press 1 to speak to my Case Officer. Sure this must be a scam so put phone down and reported it to Action Fraud.
