answered this phone call, lady spoke in broken english said she was working with bt and discovered a fault with my lap
! when i explained that i had just been on my lap and is working fine she explained we have special equipment and we have detected
Received a call saying it was "very urgent" from BT. The lady sounded so very aggressive I just hung up.
