when I answered (with my business name) said they were from 118 and hung up . They were on a very crackly line. I'm guessing they want to sell on my details on a database so I get more spammy calls?

Spoke to a rude lady who asked if she was speaking to my company and then gave out of date address... I told her it was wrong, she asked for correct address and I said she should know that as it is updated on her site.
She hung up.
Very arrogant, got through to someone called Tara, told her was TPS, she didn't give a toss and told me I cant opt out of calls unless I close the account??? never had one in the first place
November 13, 2017 Asian sounding lady claiming to be from 118 118 and asked for all my company info in order to update the 118 online listing for my business. No doubt they will use this information to sell on to third parties. She then asked me if I had ever heard of Timp
November 13, 2017 I didn't even speak and they told me they were from 118 Group Ltd. This is not 118 directory enquiries, they sell on your details. We are on the telephone preference service, so have been reported.
