Call from Birmingham, male ringing, strong accent, especially whilst pronouncing my surname. . Answered call in French as knew it was a nuisance call. Caller hang off very quickly!

I answered without speaking as I didn't recognise the number. They stayed on the line without saying a word then hung up after a minute. I would consider the caller unsafe.
