I've just been billed £6.45 for calling this number and I didn't call it either in fact I don't think I was in the house! what is going on?

April 25, 2021 Just been on to sky after a long argument they won't be refunding my £22 -97 what a joke did not use that number at all
April 25, 2021 they charged for any reason and sky declared that number has been called from my landline. charge for 4.53 for 5 sec. Refused to give me money back
