My number is registered with the TPS, so I just report a complaint to them each time they ring. (complaints.tpsonline.org.uk/consumer). Hopefully they will be able to do something including fine them if they get enough complaints

Some one calling about utilities for the business. Saying my contract is up for renewal. Funny as have not long set up utilities. When I asked how they got my number and details they hung up. How rude!
