I clicked on something funny on Facebook and a voice and message told me that I should ring this number as my bank and credit card details were being sent to hackers. Could not get off the screen so had to shut computer down. I did not call number as I go

Locked my compuhor screen and said ring the number i did and it was doind things to my computer tjen asked for £199.00 and£349.00 to fix my problem i told him i couldnt afford this so offered it to me for £99.00 still couldnt afford so shut my computor do
April 25, 2021 Same as others. Clicked on a FB link and got same frozen screen, voice and phone number. Shut down and restarted comp and ran a virus scan. No issues

April 25, 2021 This is a scam .went on facebook clicked on a advert and two screens apeard ,said we have been watching unortarised content, locked out my computer, ran clean up and cleared it this has hapend twice now,very annoying hackers. dgw.
April 25, 2021 same froxen screens phoned up number and asian guy was very pleasant and reasonable wanted to sort matter out remotely so put down phone and got on here thank god for these communities
