My elderly father received a call from this number offering extended cover on a cooker. Gave them his card details. Was very worried so I called them to advise that he didn’t want the cover. The caller was very aggressive and extremely intimidating

This number is a legitimate business - Home Shield Direct. They sell insurance for various white goods. I have cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer covered. Had them out to fix all three appliances at various times and service was excellent. So abs
