Had a call early this morning, I was told the call was from BTand my internet was going to be disconnected tomorrow, I asked him to give me some details about my account and he gave me an account number which was incorrect. and a number to call them back

April 25, 2021 In Guildford area. Had a call this morning claiming that they had been experiencing difficulties with the internet and wanted to switch my internet off for a while and wanted me to go to my computer. Nearly fell for it, but smelled a rat! He rang back 3
