VERY RUDE WOMAN WHO DOES NOT LISTEN WHEN I ASK TO BE REMOVED FROM CALLING LIST. Claims another member of staff has asked her to call back and lies incessantly when I tell her they have not. Very aggressive and ought to be shown the Data Protection Act.

These idiots keep calling about the electricity supply, I've told them to jog on numerous times. My advise is when they ask to speak to the owner, say yes... and leave them on hold.
