April 25, 2021 fellow talking about monitored home security.I said I was on TPS list and would report this unsolicited call to telecoms regulator if recurred. He said was a database problem. After call ended phone rang again- silent call - 1471 indicates 01642697970!!!.
April 25, 2021 They were calling "homeowners" in my area to talk to be about managed security.
They wouldn't tell me where they got my number from and hung up on me.
I called the number back.....a call centre. I googled Alarm and burglar alarm installers and ADT for Middlesborough. There were no sites with that number. BEWARE
April 25, 2021 In the light of rising crime rates a man tried to interest me in installing home security. Inviting a stranger to help me with security could well open my door to a crook wanting to check out the premises.
