This is a company called Phillips & Cohen that buys debts from banks,gas Etc & then hounds the life out of people chasing money.DO NOT ANSWER.

Continually calling about a debt that they claim my late father owes THEM from Tesco bank, although Tesco Bank were paid in full several months ago. My late father sadly was targeted by scammers, and so I have now blocked this number.
