Call seems to have been triggered by me responding (possibly unwisely) to an online competition leading to a number of 'questionnaires' designed to elicit information for marketing calls.

If she was from o2. Hung up.
My phone rang, I answered, nobody there so I rang off. Possibly a calling centre so going to block it anyway as I don`t know anyone in Manchester. Hope this helps.

April 25, 2021 started contract with O2 and claimed a free gift of a Fitbit. Can only assume this is how they got my info. Advised them i'm not interested, but they kept calling. Have now blocked the number.

April 25, 2021 claimed to be from O2 as I have acontract with them. I don't. Tried to sell me a sim even though I said a year left. Pressed them on why they couldn't tell me the usage but he bluffed his way though it.
