Aggressive rude, pretending to be from BT about an account review, speaks over you & when you ask questions they hang up ! AVOID
April 25, 2021 Called out offices and said our BT account was up for review. Wasn't at all upfront about not being from BT. Actually our phone lines aren't even with BT at the minute which obviously gave the game away.

he said he was not trying to sell anything, when I asked him if he was from BT he said No
I said so If your not from BT and your not trying to sell me
