April 25, 2021 Received an email regarding an outstanding balance on my former energy provider account which is bull*** since they actually owed me money for 3 months after the account closed.
Tried calling them but you end up in a queue and then either get cut o
keeps calling at all hours and multiple times throughout the day. refuse to speak to them as i dont have any debt. the calls are bordering on harassment which i dont need as im pregnant and is very distressing.
